1. If you are not having a facebook acount please follow this link to create an account http://www.facebook.com/ or you can simply goto this link to create a page with out an account, but you may be asked to create an account there.
2. If you are having a facebook account, then log in and goto the end of your page as shown in the picture, and click the link create page
3. You will see page display blocks of forms covered with images differentiated by their category, click the box you are belong to and start filling the form .
4. Finally you will arrive to a page looking similar to this, in here
if you are a website owner, the fan page can be a better place for you to generate some traffic and fans. you can add networked blog application your page such that your articles will be automatically updated here or you can use facebook's note application.
